recently, we have made a survey of the people on physicaltraining. only 35 percent of the people surveyed have taken part inphysical activities.
over half of the people say they haven’t got enough time to takeexercises. 34.9 percent of them complain they don’t have placeswhere they can relax themselves and that there are not enoughtraining facilities, while another 12.9 percent of the people feelthat they live too far away from the training centers. some of themeven don’t know how to train.
for lack of physical training, many people are not in goodhealth. people should realize the importance of it, and measuresshould be taken to provide people with training facilities.

In fact everyone can have a healthy life. Such as: I usually eat fruitvegetables eggs and rice. I hardly eat burgers. I think we could eat meat andice-cream amount. Water and milk are good for your health. It’s important toplay basketball run and have enough sleep. We couldn’t spend a long time forwatching TV and playing computer. It’s bad for our eyes.
We should keep happy confident helpful and friendly. I don’t think nervousand angry are good for our health.

Good morning , ladies and gentlemen ,
Some of us are having problems with our parents , as they often look into our school bags or read our diaries . I fully understand why we are not comfortable about it , but there‘s no need to feel too sad. Our parents are checking our bags or diaries to make sure we are not getting into any trouble . They have probably heard some horrible stories about other kids and thought we might do the same . Or perhaps they just want to connect with us but are doing it all wrong . My suggestion is : Tell them we want them to trust us as much as we‘d like to trust them .If you don‘t think you can talk to them , write them a letter and leave it lying around ---they are bound to read it .
