Sub: Application for the post of training coordinator

Dear Mr. Edward

With reference to the advertisement last week in The New York newspaper I would like to apply for the post of a training coordinator in your insurance firm. Presently, I am working as a trainer in sales department for the past 5 years. Before that I worked as a sales person in insurance sector with a flamboyant career. My Resume is enclosed with this letter for your kind perusal.

I am a graduate from University of Rochester and did diploma in Marketing from University of California. I know that I have the capability to be a training coordinator in your firm. I have good communicative skills and explaining power which is important for being at this post.  From my previous records you will come to know that I am very hard working and maintain punctuality with my work. I also have the power to motivate people. I am very much eager to work in your well-known firm.

I would like to thank you very much for your time and consideration. I shall be highly obliged if you kindly accept my application and give me a chance to attend an interview. Wish to get a positive reply from your side.
