　　1976年在比利時克諾克的兩年一度的國際詩歌會中創(chuàng)立了世界兒歌日，由13歲以下的兒童每年在3月21日(二十四節(jié)氣中的第4個節(jié)氣春分)———春天到來的第一天舉行慶�；顒�。主題是：關(guān)愛兒童、締造和平、消滅戰(zhàn)爭、建設(shè)家園。這項活動得到了聯(lián)合國教科文組織的認可和支持。每年這一天，各國兒童組織、教育機構(gòu)用各種形式慶祝這一節(jié)日。
