午夜花開的作文
做介紹是比較嚴肅的事情，夸夸其談并不被欣賞。
初次見面，一般采用握手的禮節(jié)。握手者雙目注視對方，微笑，問候，致意，不要看第三者或顯得心不在焉。除了關(guān)系親近的人可以長久地把手握在一起外，一般都是握一下即可。上下級之間，上級伸手后，下級才能接握；主人與客人之間，主人宜主動伸手；男女之間，女方伸手后，男方才能伸手相握；當然，如果男方為長者，則遵照前面所說的方法。
不要使自己有緊盯或逼視對方的樣子，才被認為有禮貌。與人談話時，不要用手指指人，不宜與對方離得太遠或太近。不要過于興奮，過多的手勢會被認為不得體。
對女士衣飾可予以贊揚，但不要問人家是花多少錢買來的等問題。
要牢記對方的姓名和職位。
為使交談進行下去，可以開始純屬交際性的談話，如天氣等，這在很多國家都是可行的。
要把在座的每一個人都介紹到。除了介紹名字之外，提供一些個人背景情況，有助于介紹雙方進一步交談。
西方人通常不像中國人和日本人那樣在介紹時彼此遞送名片，他們通常只有在商務(wù)活動中才使用名片。
英： In the following conversation, Carol Jacobs is a senior executive from a corporate head office. She’s on a business trip to the company’s Asia Division office (joint venture in Beijing). David Li, the Vice-President in charge of Asian operations, greets her.
David: Good morning, Carol. It’s great to see you again.
Did you have a good trip over
Carol: Yes, it was a good flight. I was a little tiredyesterday, but I’m OK now.
David: Great! If you’re ready, I’d like to introduce you to some of our key personnel.
Carol: Let’s go.
. . . . .
David: Carol, this is Kathy Chen, our Financial Officer.
Kathy, I’d like you to meet Carol Jacobs.
Carol: I’m pleased to meet you, Kathy. You’re doing a great job. The division’s finances are in top shape.
Kathy: Thank you, Ms Jacobs. I’m happy to meet you,too.
David: And this is Ben Guo. He’s in charge of Marketing.
Ben, let me introduce Carol Jacobs.
Ben: How do you do, Ms Jacobs
Carol: It’s a pleasure to meet you, Ben. So you’re the one responsible for those outstanding sales figures I’ve seen.
Ben: Thank you. I must say I have a great staff.
David: I think you’ll find all of our staff is top-notch.
Carol: I’m already convinced of that, from the reports I’ve seen. Well, I’d like to see our manufacturing operation now, if I could.
David: Sure thing! Right this way .....
中： 在下面的對話中，Carol Jacobs 是一家合資公司總部的一名高級主管人員。她出差到了這家公司的亞洲地區(qū)的分公司（在北京合資）。主管亞洲地區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)的副主席會見了她。
David: 早上好。Carol，再次見到你真好。你旅途還愉快吧？
Carol: 唔，還不錯。昨天還有點累，現(xiàn)在沒事兒了。
David: 太好了！如果你已經(jīng)準備好了的話，我想把您介紹給這兒的主要工作人員。
Carol: 咱們走吧。

David: Carol, 這是 Kathy Chen，我們的財務(wù)主管，Kathy, 我想讓你見見Carol Jacobs。
Carol: 見到你真高興 Kathy。你干得太棒了。分公司的財務(wù)達到了最佳的狀態(tài)
Kathy: 謝謝， Jacobs小姐。見到您我也很高興
David: 這是 Ben Guo。 他主管營銷。Ben, 我來介紹一下 Carol Jacobs.
Ben: 你好，Jacobs 小姐
Carol: 見到你很榮幸， Ben。 我看過的那些了不起的銷售數(shù)字，全是由你帶領(lǐng)創(chuàng)下的吧。
Ben: 謝謝�？晌业谜f那是因為我們有一個了不起的團隊。
David: 我想你會發(fā)現(xiàn)我們所有的員工都是一流的。
Carol: 這些報告已經(jīng)說服我了。嗯，如果可以的話，我想看看我們的制造車間。
David: 當然！這邊請……
