There is motivation, it seems that pressure equals motivation. We need pressure, it makes us keep move on, with pressure, we know what to do and how to fulfill our targets. Without pressure, we are just like a child, never grow up, having no idea of responsibility. It is pressure that makes us become mature, we should have pressure, it indeed equals motivation at the certain level. While having too much pressure is bad for our mind, it is just like a burden that presses our mind, making people hard to take a breath. Nowadays the case of people commit suicide is increasing, the reason is that people can't take a breath from much pressure, they feel there is no hope in life, no matter what they do, life just frustrates them. We should have the right attitude towards pressure.

人們總是相信有壓力才有動力，似乎壓力等于動力。我們需要壓力，它讓我們前進(jìn)，有了壓力，我們才知道應(yīng)該要做什么和怎樣去實現(xiàn)我們的目標(biāo)。沒有壓力，我們就像一個小孩，永遠(yuǎn)長不大，不知道什么是責(zé)任。壓力讓我們變得成熟，我們應(yīng)該有壓力，壓力在一定程度上卻是等于動力。然而太多的壓力對于我們的心智來說是不好的，這會像一個負(fù)擔(dān)一樣抑制著我們的思想，讓人喘不過氣來。現(xiàn)在人們自殺的案例上升，原因在于人們不能從巨大的壓力中呼吸，覺得生活沒有希望，無論他們怎么做，生活都會打擊他們。我們應(yīng)該正確對待壓力。
