A man in a village had a sore on his foot which bled and oozed pus. He couldn't bear the pain and moaned without stop.
村子里有一個(gè)人,腳上生瘡,流血流膿,痛得難以忍受,不停地呻吟著。
He said to his family:
他對(duì)家里的人說(shuō):
"Be quick! Chisel a hole in the wall!"
“快,你們快把墻壁鑿個(gè)洞。”
After the hole was made, he hurriedly stretched his foot into his neighbour's house.
墻洞鑿成后,他連忙把生著瘡的腳,伸進(jìn)隔壁鄰居家里。
His family members asked him:
家里的人問(wèn)他:
"What is this for`?"
“這是什么意思?”
He replied:
他回答說(shuō):
"Let the pain go to my neighbour. In this way, no matter how painful it is, it doesn't concern me any more!"
“讓它痛到鄰居家里去吧!這樣,再痛跟我也不相干!”
