求職英語：群面 Group interview

又到一年求職季，簡歷、面試這些字眼又該成熱點了。求職的人們?yōu)榱耸�時省力就通過網(wǎng)絡“海投”簡歷，而用人單位也開始用group interview“群面”的方式來對付大批的應聘者了。這年頭，做什么都流行大規(guī)模了哦。

Group interviews involve getting a group of job candidates together to meet with one or more interviewers. Candidates may be required to participate in work-simulation exercises. These can take the form of group problem-solving sessions where each candidates contributions and participation is noted.

“群面”一般是把一組應聘者集中在一起，由一位或多位面試官來面試。面試官可能會要求應聘者參與一些模擬工作場景的活動，多為小組討論并解決問題的形式。在小組工作的過程中，每一位應聘者的參與和表現(xiàn)都會被紀錄下來。

The skills been observed include communication and interpersonal ability, persuasiveness and the ability to influence others, leadership and delegation, organizational and planning skills and the ability to work and contribute as a team-member.

通過“群面”，用人單位可以對應聘者的溝通和人際交往能力、說服力、對別人的影響力、領(lǐng)導能力、任務分配技巧、組織與計劃能力，以及團隊協(xié)作能力等進行考察。
