Department Introduction:

Global Corporate Technology drives and provides IT services to 15k eBay/ PayPal Corporate end users from help desk, regional onsite support, and system back-end layers, to ensure operational excellence, critical application systems uptime and infrastructure systems utmost usability, reliability, scalability, and healthy to defined SLAs.
Job Descriptions
1. Administrate and manage eBay & PayPal end users’ Windows based environment.
2. Provide end-to-end end user support with defined services level agreement.
3. Interface with business partners for local issues and coordinate with BU and global IT team.
4. Diagnose and maintain IT related electronic facilities.
5. Establish, refine and polish business critical process.
6. Analyze key business and product metrics, and respond with business analyst
7. Manage asset with site PC purchasers
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 3 working days per week available.
3. Customer Service oriented mentality
4. Strong communication and group collaboration skills.
5. Strong problem analyzing and resolving.
6. Great passion on new technology & Fast learning up and quickly absorbing.
7. Good written and verbal English skills.
8. Familiar with Windows 7 and office 2010
