　　When it comes to a good advice I received, I’d like to talk about the advice my teacher gave me, that is “Live in the moment.”

　　I was irresolute about my decision to continue my study aboard. Looking on the bright side, going aboard enables me to expand my knowledge and open my eyes. Meanwhile, I still couldn't help worrying about loads of things, such as language barriers; culture shock and my academic performance. As I was torturing myself, my English teacher, Miss Chou, saw my unease and sat me down for a talk. After I stated my predicament(困境、窘境), she told me one single thing, “Just live in the moment. Don't bother yourself with things which haven’t happened yet.”Her words made me realize that I actually had been intimidated by my fear, which came from my very own imagination. Moreover, life is too short to vacillate. Every day is the most important day. After talking with Miss Chou, I finally made up my mind that I should follow my heart and embrace the change. I really appreciated Miss Chou for her understanding and advice.

　　Now, “live in the moment” has become my motto, which reminds me to cherish every moment in my life.
