　　The term originated in the theater and moved to movies and scripted television and then reality television. The term has now moved to the populaceto describe any contrivedromance.
　　這個(gè)說法初現(xiàn)于劇院表演，后來適用范圍擴(kuò)展到電影、電視劇以及真人秀電視節(jié)目�，F(xiàn)在，這個(gè)詞已經(jīng)可以用來描述任何形式的虛假戀情了。

　　A: I didn't know Anthony and Cicely were dating.
　　我沒聽說安東尼和西塞莉在談戀愛啊。
　　B: It's just a showmance, Cicely is just dating Anthony just to make Edgar jealous.
　　那不過是熒幕戀情而已，西塞莉跟安東尼約會就是為了讓埃德加嫉妒。
