"Diligent innovation, paragon of virtue" as Normal University, I always remember the school motto, in order to foster good personal accomplishment, I have honed their own, and actively participate in school activities and consciously cultivate their abilities in different aspects.
Early September 2000, we conducted a 40 days of teaching practice through the field of teaching, so I have been in practice to improve themselves and the actual local situation, their own innovation, a teaching method, recognized by many teachers and commended.
Knowledge is power, with the rapid development of society, the university has learned things that are far from meeting the needs of the community, in order to enrich themselves, improve themselves, I am enthusiastic, positive and aggressive entrepreneurial spirit, in order to be an outstanding teachers struggle with the people.
