　　求職信格式要求

　　標(biāo)題

　　求職信的標(biāo)題通常只有文種名稱，即在第一行中間寫上“求職信”三個(gè)字。

　　稱謂

　　稱謂是對(duì)受信人的稱呼，寫在第一行，要頂格寫受信者單位名稱或個(gè)人姓名。單位名稱后可加“負(fù)責(zé)同志”;個(gè)人姓名后可加“先生”、“女士”、“同志”等。在稱謂后寫冒號(hào)。

　　求職信不同于一般私人書信，受信人未曾見過(guò)面，所以稱謂要恰當(dāng)，鄭重其事。

　　正文

　　正文要另起一行，空兩格開始寫求職信的內(nèi)容。正文內(nèi)容較多，要分段寫。

　　第一，寫求職的原因。首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹求職者的自然情況如：姓名、年齡、性別等。接著要直截了當(dāng)?shù)卣f(shuō)明從何渠道得到有關(guān)信息以及寫此信的目的。如：“我叫李民，現(xiàn)年22歲，男。是一名財(cái)會(huì)專業(yè)的大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)生。從報(bào)上我看到貴公司招聘一名專職會(huì)計(jì)人員的消息，不勝喜悅，以本人的水平和能力，我不揣冒昧地毛遂自薦，相信貴公司定會(huì)慧眼識(shí)人，會(huì)使我有幸成為貴公司的一名會(huì)計(jì)人員。”這段是正文的開端，也是求職的開始，介紹有關(guān)情況要簡(jiǎn)明扼要，對(duì)所求的職務(wù)，態(tài)度要明朗。而且要吸引受信者有興趣將你的信讀下去，因此開頭要有吸引力。

　　第二，寫對(duì)所謀求的職務(wù)的看法以及對(duì)自己的能力要作出客觀公允的評(píng)價(jià)，這是求職的關(guān)鍵。要著重介紹自己應(yīng)聘的有利條件，要特別突出自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)和“閃光點(diǎn)”，以使對(duì)方信服。如：“我于1996年7月畢業(yè)于東北財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)院財(cái)會(huì)專業(yè)。畢業(yè)成績(jī)優(yōu)秀，在省級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)賽中，獲得‘能手’嘉獎(jiǎng)(見附件)，在海南金融雜志上發(fā)表過(guò)多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文(見附件)。我在有關(guān)材料上看到過(guò)關(guān)于貴公司的情況介紹，我喜歡貴公司的工作環(huán)境，欽佩貴公司的敬業(yè)精神，又很贊賞貴公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理上的一整套的切實(shí)可行的規(guī)章制度。這些均體現(xiàn)了在當(dāng)前改革開放的經(jīng)濟(jì)大潮中，貴公司的超前意識(shí)。我十分愿意到這樣的環(huán)境中去艱苦拼搏;更愿為貴公司貢獻(xiàn)我的學(xué)識(shí)和力量。我相信，經(jīng)過(guò)努力，我會(huì)做好我的工作的”。寫這段內(nèi)容，語(yǔ)言要中肯，恰到好處;態(tài)度要謙虛誠(chéng)懇，不卑不亢。達(dá)到見字如見其人的效果。要給受信者留下深刻印象，進(jìn)而相信求職者有能力勝任此項(xiàng)工作。這段文字要有說(shuō)服力。

　　第三，提出希望和要求，向受信者提出希望和要求。如：“希望您能為我安排一個(gè)與您見面的機(jī)會(huì)”或“盼望您的答復(fù)”或“敬候佳音”之類的語(yǔ)言。這段屬于信的內(nèi)容的收尾階段，要適可而止，不要啰唆，不要苛求對(duì)方。

　　結(jié)尾

　　另起一行，空兩格，寫表示敬祝的話。如：此致之類的詞，然后換行頂格寫“敬禮”、或祝“工作順利”、“事業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)”相應(yīng)詞語(yǔ)。這兩行均不點(diǎn)標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)，不必過(guò)多寒暄，以免“畫蛇添足”。

　　署名和日期

　　寫信人的姓名和成文日期寫在信的右下方。姓名寫在上面，成文日期寫在姓名下面。姓名前面不必加任何謙稱的限定語(yǔ)，以免有阿諛之感，或讓對(duì)方輕看你的能力。成文日期要年、月、日俱全。

　　附件

　　有說(shuō)服力的附件是對(duì)求職者的鑒定的憑證。所以求職信的附件是不可忽視的組成部分。
