e reliability of products.i solved a lot of intractable issues , especially on the earlier production of xx in china. besides my routine, i have been providing great amount of supports on site and via phone to fe’s and customers, which helped me to understand and practise the course of service. on the other hand,i showed my professional skill in customer service,good attitude and communication skills, which i think were the basic requirements what a service person should have. i have good experience in troubleshooting, especially in the electric field.
