Therefore, we should find a balance between rolling in and lying flat, with appropriate competition and pursuit, but also with appropriate relaxation and enjoyment. Only in this way can we live a healthier, fuller and more meaningful life.
因此，我們應該在內(nèi)卷和躺平之間尋找平衡點，既要有適當?shù)母偁幒妥非螅惨羞m當?shù)姆潘珊拖硎�。只有這樣，我們才能擁有更加健康、充實和有意義的生活。
