酒店商務(wù)客人與觀光客人需求比較研究

摘要：商務(wù)客人與觀光客人是酒店兩大主要客源類型，商務(wù)客人與觀光客人的需求既有相同點也有不同點，兩者對飲食衛(wèi)生、舒適的客房、安全保障與娛樂設(shè)施的需求相同，但兩者對酒店大堂、酒店設(shè)施、房間類型與房間價格的需求也存在明顯的差異。本文通過對商務(wù)客人與觀光客人的需求進行對比分析，針對商務(wù)客人與觀光客人需求的共同點與不同點，提出了相應(yīng)的在酒店經(jīng)營服務(wù)中的應(yīng)用措施。

Abstract: Business guest and visiting guest are two chief guest types, business guest and visiting guest have the same demand and have the different demand, they have the same demand of hygienic food、comfortable room、safety and entertainment facility, they also have the different demand of hotel lobby、hotel entertainment、room type and room price.
